Article 4 - Free Women
4a - A free person seeking to collar a freewoman must allow the woman's house or family to challenge said collaring. If there is no challenge, the woman is immediately the man's property. If the house or family challenge, and they win, the woman retains her freedom and a collaring attempt cannot be made again for the same specific offense. If the house or family loses, the free woman becomes the victor's property.
4b - A free woman may sell herself into slavery, and can't revoke it once it is completed.
4c - Any free woman who couches with another free persons slave or even prepares to do so without permission of said slave’s owner, become a slave herself and the slave of the male slave's Master.
4d - A free woman who cannot pay her debts may face enslavement. If a man pays the woman’s debts she will be at the man’s discretion. If no one redeems her within a moons time [one Mun week], she will be become a city slave.
4e - Any free woman that has visible signs of slavery such as slave brands, pierced ears, or other such immediate visible proof of previous enslavement, must carry papers of manumission at all times, or they shall be enslaved again without repercussions. Women freed from slavery must petition their previous caste to begin the process of becoming a caste member once again
